Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education with valid Tennessee certificate.
• Endorsement in the grade/subject taught.
• Army officer rank required.
• Valid state driver's license.
• 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and evaluates JROTC training and professional development programs for instructors.
• Assist in ensuring uniformity among all JROTC units per regulations.
• Orders and maintains curriculum materials.
• Develops and maintains training schedules and records.
• Plans District-wide co-curricular activities (drill meets, parades, camps).
• Conducts safety briefings and risk assessments for activities.
• Maintains cadet training records and databases.
• Responds to inquiries and prepares reports as needed.
