Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education with endorsement in the taught grade/subject.
• Tennessee teaching certificate or equivalent.
• Army officer rank required.
• Valid Tennessee driver's license.
• Minimum of three years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate JROTC training and PD for instructors.
• Coordinate and plan district-wide co-curricular JROTC activities and events.
• Maintain training records and cadet databases.
• Prepare schedules, materials, and safety risk assessments for trainings.
• Attend workshops and keep updated on JROTC curriculum changes.
• Respond to inquiries and support instructors with training needs.
