Responsibilities

• Conduct a public affairs program in the local area with officials, civic groups, and communities to promote understanding of JROTC and the Army.
• Enroll students in the JROTC program and support school officials in program activities.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate a four-year JROTC curriculum and Master Training Schedule.
• Create activities to enhance citizenship responsibilities among students.
• Participate in citywide JROTC programs and activities as required by Army Instruction.
• Maintain and submit records and reports to the school system and Army chain of command.
• Communicate with parents/guardians, colleagues, and community groups.
• Demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communication.
• Represent the US Army professionally and ethically, with strong leadership.
