Qualifications

• Strong instructional planning and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and administers a model JROTC program including instructional and extracurricular activities.
• Maintains relationships with instructional staff and military personnel to ensure program effectiveness.
• Plans and delivers a community JROTC introduction program.
• Teaches JROTC as outlined in the Program of Instruction and counsels cadets on performance.
• Supervises after-school teams and assists cadets with ROTC scholarship applications.
• Prepares budget requests, tracks expenditures, and maintains financial records.
