Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily JROTC curriculum and related activities aligned with Army JROTC standards.
• Instruct cadets in leadership, citizenship, character education, teamwork and personal responsibility.
• Maintain compliance with Department of Defense and JROTC regulations and school policies.
• Establish a safe, orderly classroom and training environment; supervise cadets during activities.
• Manage program records, equipment, uniforms, inventories and accountability requirements.
• Evaluate cadet performance and maintain grading and attendance records.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student success.
• Organize extracurricular JROTC events, ceremonies and community service projects.
