• Deliver daily JROTC classroom instruction in leadership, citizenship, civics, first aid, fitness, and map reading.
• Assist the SAI in planning, sequencing, and updating lesson plans and unit assessments.
• Maintain a disciplined, respectful classroom aligned with Army values and policy.
• Evaluate cadet performance through assessments and leadership demonstrations.
• Mentor cadets in leadership, accountability, and teamwork.
• Support battalion events, ceremonies, and training activities.
• Facilitate physical training in line with wellness guidelines.
• Supervise field trips, cadet competitions, and community events.
• Maintain cadet records and program documentation.
