• Current JROTC certification and successful background checks.
• Ability to work effectively with high school students, administrators, faculty, parents, and community partners.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers JROTC classroom instruction per Army JROTC POI.
• Assists SAI with lesson planning and assessments.
• Maintains a disciplined classroom in line with Army values and school policy.
• Evaluates cadet performance using written and practical assessments.
• Mentors cadets in leadership, accountability, and teamwork.
