Responsibilities

• Write and edit interface content including navigation, labels, buttons, forms, error messages, onboarding, and in-product copy.
• Create user-centered content using research insights and journey context.
• Support UX designers from concept to implementation, influencing flows and layout.
• Apply established voice and tone across 7-Eleven and 7NOW products.
• Help maintain content patterns, glossaries, and design-system documentation.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, researchers, developers, and stakeholders to align with business needs.
