Responsibilities include:

• Ideally looking for a candidate with experience cooking pasta!
• Food preparation: Washing, trimming, cutting, portioning, measuring, mixing, and panning ingredients.
• Cooking: Baking, broiling, frying, steaming, braising, boiling, and pressure cooking.
• Plating: Creating finished products that are tasty, attractive, and properly cooked.
• Cleaning: Keeping food preparation equipment clean, including grills, broilers, ovens, steamer tables, mixers, microwave ovens, and toasters.
• Safety: Following facility safety programs and conducting work tasks safely.
• Customer service: Responding to customer orders and providing courteous service to guests, coworkers, and residents.
