Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking multiple Jr. Software Engineers for a long-term contract. The role involves monitoring system functionality, bug fixing, test case development, and building UI and data pipelines.

It is a hybrid position with onsite work in Sunnyvale, CA, three days per week, and compensation at $40/hour plus 15 days PTO. Candidates should have experience debugging and monitoring existing systems, plus familiarity with mid-tier development in languages like Python, Ruby, PHP or GoLang and

Qualifications

• Experience with debugging, fixing, monitoring and/or optimizing an existing system.
• Experience with middle tier development in a modern programming language such as Python, Ruby, PHP, GoLang, etc. (must be open to learning PHP).
• Strong understanding of SQL.
