Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking a Software Engineer 0 to join our software development team. You will develop and sustain integrated, feature-rich visualization tools and support mission analytics users in a collaborative environment.

The role may emphasize UI or full-stack SWE with an interest in UI development, requiring a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. The position offers telework potential and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline required.
• Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

AV Inc. PRIME contract is seeking a Software Engineer 0 to join the software development team who will develop and sustain integrated, feature-rich capabilities that promote modernization of visualization and presentation tools. The software development team will provide application development and support to tools that allow mission analytic users to view existing data or contribute new information in a collaborative environment.

The Software Engineer 0 for this position may be professionally focused on UI or may be a full stack SWE with an interest in supporting UI development.

Salary Range

$115,000 – $140,000

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
