We have two divisions: 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). GeBBS Consulting has over two decades of experience supporting healthcare clients throughout the US.

We are currently hiring a Junior Business Analyst to support one of our LARGEST and long-term partners within the Blue Cross Blue Shield space.

Summary: Our client is looking a senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to support its ITSM team on multiple enterprise level implementations, enhancements, and deployments. This resource will be responsible for meeting with business teams for upcoming ServiceNow platform enhancements and leading requirement gathering sessions, then turning those business requirements into detailed technical requirements that can then be passed onto the ServiceNow development team. This role focuses on assisting the development team with agile sprint activities, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming.

Location: 100% Remote (Candidates MUST reside in MD, DC, VA, PA, WV, DE, NC, TX, NY, FL, NJ.)

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of overall Business Analysis experience
• Experience in business analysis and configuration OR administration of an enterprise, multi-module ServiceNow Platform for ITSM, ITOM, or CMDB modules
• Experience in leading/facilitating communications with SDLC teams on an Agile methodology
