Job summary

SuperGraphics LLC in Washington state seeks a junior project manager to support Senior Project Managers and Sales Reps. You will track milestones, help with scheduling, and assist with data entry and archiving while coordinating with the production team.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and precision. You will work in a fast-paced environment, manage internal job flow across three buildings, and help prepare basic estimates and production orders.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
  • Two years’ related experience and/or training.
  • Proven project management and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong mathematical/grammatical abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the flow of jobs through production from start to finish.
  • Update schedules and inform production, sales, and customers of changes.
  • Create basic estimates in an MIS system and draft quote letters.
  • Create production work orders in an MIS system.
  • Coordinate with art staff to ensure proofs meet customer expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance to production personnel and resolve issues.
  • Attend regular production meetings and gather status updates.
  • Work in a team environment.

About the Position:

A junior project manager is a support tier to assist Senior Project Managers and Sales Reps. This support tier helps form a division of labor separating tactical tracking from high-level ownership. The junior project manager handles milestone date tracking, team communication, and reporting, while supporting data entry, document archiving, and scheduling logistics.

The ideal candidate has proven project management and communication skills. Attention to detail, good mathematical and grammatical skills to support our sales and production team are also essential.

We operate in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time management and the ability to work effectively while under pressure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Manage and monitor the flow of jobs both internally (all 3 buildings) through the production process from start to finish.
  • Update schedules as necessary, keeping production, sales and customer informed of any challenges or changes.
  • Create estimates in an MIS system for basic projects and use price list tools and program pricing to develop basic quote letters which are reviewed prior to presentation to clients.
  • Create production work orders in an MIS system for print manufacturing.
  • Work with the art staff to ensure proofs and designs meet the customers' expectations.
  • Maintain ongoing communications with production personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
  • Attend regular production meetings. Gather status updates from team members and run routine alignment meetings.
  • Work in a team environment.

Hours

Full time- base schedule is 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday Hours also include infrequent weekends and evenings as dictated by business needs and supervisor.
