Job summary

SuperGraphics LLC in Seattle, WA, seeks a Sr. Project Manager to analyze and coordinate schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets on a per-project basis.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience.
• 3 years in the printing industry and/or manufacturing.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Strong communication and mathematical skills to support sales and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget on a per-project basis.
• Advise on proper material and production procedures, daily client and internal staff communication, and ability to learn technical information.
• Demonstrate proven project management and communication skills; attention to detail; time management under pressure.
• Define scope of R&D on projects; ensure material, construction, and logistic requirements meet customer specifications.
• Manage and monitor the flow of jobs through the production process from start to finish.
• Serve as a technical resource with customers to drive confidence and project execution.
• Update schedules as necessary, keeping production, sales and customers informed of challenges or changes.
• Manage graphic installation and logistics for projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate project meetings when needed.
• Use price list tools and programs to develop basic price estimates; create production work orders in MIS.
• Work with the art staff to ensure proofs and designs meet customer expectations; create quote requests and letters; maintain communications with production.

About the Position:

• Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget on a per project basis.
• The Sr. Project Manager will advise other team members on the proper material and production procedures needed to achieve our clients’ vision. This position requires daily communication with clients and internal staff along with the ability to learn technical information.
• The ideal candidate has proven project management and communication skills. Attention to detail, good mathematical and grammatical skills to support our sales and production team are also essential. We operate in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time management and the ability to work effectively while under pressure.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Define scope of R&D on projects. Ensure material, construction and logistic requirements meet customer specifications and project demands.
• Manage and monitor the flow of jobs both internally and externally through the production process from start to finish.
• Serve as a technical resource with customers to drive confidence and project execution.
• Update schedules as necessary, keeping production, sales and customer informed of any challenges or changes.
• Manage graphic installation and logistics for projects, from concept through completion.
• Coordinate project meetings when needed.
• Use price list tools and programs to develop basic price estimates, which are reviewed prior to presentation.
• Create production work orders in an MIS system for print manufacturing.
• Work with the art staff to ensure proofs and designs meet the customers' expectations.
• Help create quote requests and quote letters to the client.
• Maintain ongoing communications with production personnel to provide technical advice and to attend regular production meetings.
• Work in a team environment.

Position Requirements:

• 5 years of Project Manamgnent
• 3 years in the Printing Industry and/or Manufacturing

Education

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Five years’ related experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Hours

• Full time- base schedule is 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday
• Hours also include infrequent weekends and evenings as dictated by business needs and supervisor.
