Job Description
As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the successful execution of internal and external projects by assisting in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities. Working closely with senior project managers, you will apply project management methodologies, tools, and best practices while developing strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
Desired Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles (internships included).
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic project needs.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of applying project management best practices.
Additional Information
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
CAPM certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus but not mandatory.
