Job Description:
Project Engineer - Integration, Test & Evaluation (IT&E):
- Support strategic initiatives across multiple Engineering & Technology (E&T) labs.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and in compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to lab space rehabilitation, process and efficiency improvements, and 6S compliance.
- Manage schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve lab objectives.
- Provide support and guidance to lab personnel as needed.
- Apply strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives independently.
- Hands-on experience in managing day-to-day lab operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Expertise in coordinating lab activities, optimizing workflows, and contributing to process improvements for increased efficiency.
Basic Requirements:
- Eligible for secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
