About The Role

As a Project Engineer, you will be part of our Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program, focusing on in-field learning to master skills such as scheduling, estimating, budgeting, safety, quality control, business development, and resource management. The program aims to develop future leaders in the company.

Location & Projects

The Pompano Beach office is primarily in-office, with projects mainly in South Florida, including opportunities in North/Central Florida and nearby states. Our focus is on commercial structures, especially parking and unique concrete structures.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • GPA of 2.8 or higher
  • At least one relevant internship
