Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC in Patuxent River, MD is seeking an Administrative Support professional to join our team on-site. The role includes customer service, calendar maintenance, greeting visitors, answering phones, and editing briefs to support programs.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least one year of Administrative Support experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal skills, and an active DoD Secret clearance or higher; U.S.

• Willing to work 100% on-site at Patuxent River NAS, MD.

• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Able to pass a background investigation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service including greeting visitors and answering phones.
• Working with MS Office Suite to prepare documents and briefs.
• Proficient in media burning and writing data onto writable optical media.
• Editing briefs and maintaining calendars for programs.
• Handling media requests: copying, shipping, and adding to databases.
• Receiving and delivering incoming and outgoing packages.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service including

• Proficient in media burning, the ability to write data onto writable optical media, such as CDs, DVDs, or Blu-ray disc
• Greeting Visitors
• Answering Phones
• Editing briefs
• Maintaining calendars
• Handling media requests to include copying, creating, shipping and adding incoming media to program database
• Receiving and delivering incoming and outgoing packages

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma
• One (1) year of Administrative Support
• Must be willing to be 100% on-site at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be proficient in media burning, the ability to write data onto writable optical media, such as CDs, DVDs, or Blu-ray disc
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent written and oral skills
• Must have an active DoD Active Secret Clearance or higher
• Will be required to pass a background investigation
• Must have a U.S. Citizen

Compensation Statement

At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00
