Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
• Interest in pursuing a career in Product Management, especially in financial services or technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with data focus.
• Experience with data and SQL preferred; proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy, development, optimization, and implementation initiatives.
• Analyze product, member, market, and competitive data to identify opportunities.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and develop insights using SQL and other tools.
• Support credit card product initiatives, including configuration, pricing, and operations.
• Partner with senior product managers to define requirements and coordinate delivery.
• Collaborate with IT and tech teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and help manage timelines and priorities.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Develop business cases, presentations, and data-driven recommendations.
• Build knowledge of credit card products, data, and business processes toward ownership.
