Job summary

Antaira Technologies in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Jr. Product Engineer to join our Product Management team.

This office-based role focuses on developing and executing product strategies for industrial networking and wireless solutions, aligning with market needs and customer feedback. You will collaborate across marketing, engineering, sales, and field applications, conduct market research in Automation, Security, and ITS sectors, and help bring new products to market through clear requirements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in product engineering, preferably in industrial networking, wireless communication, or automation markets.
• Strong technical background in Ethernet networking and wireless technologies.
• Knowledge of cellular networking technologies is a plus.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Work within product management to develop and implement company product strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and field application engineering (FAE) teams to enhance and promote Antaira's product positioning and brand image.
• Drive product strategy, development, and lifecycle management across assigned product lines with an emphasis on industrial networking and wireless solutions.
• Be the market expert. Conduct in-depth market research, particularly within the Automation, Security, and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) sectors, to identify new product opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and technical support to define product requirements and ensure successful product launches.
• Lead competitive analysis initiatives to position products effectively within the market.
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
• Create impactful content and review technical documentation, including but not limited to white papers, product briefs, application notes, and articles.
• Train and support teams through internal and external product training sessions and technical support to sales teams, channel partners, and customers.
• Champion quality and innovation through monitoring product performance, managing quality improvement initiatives, and recommending enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Support project management initiatives related to product development and customer deployments.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to promote Antaira solutions.

Position Duties/Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in product engineering , preferably in industrial networking, wireless communication, or automation markets.
• Strong technical background in Ethernet networking and wireless technologies.
• Knowledge of cellular networking technologies is a plus.
• Prior experience in the Automation sector is highly preferred; familiarity with Security and ITS markets is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively across technical, sales, and executive teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project engineering skills.
• Highly self-motivated with a passion for technology, innovation, and delivering customer success.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 30%).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid passport for international travel.
