Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company in Florida seeks aJunior Network Administrator to support daily operations, maintain network reliability, and help protect our infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. You will work with ERP integrations such as Infor or VitalEdge to ensure smooth business processes.

Ideal candidates have an AAS or BS in IT or networking, 1–3 years of experience, and strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of IT or networking experience (internships count)
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper‑V and Microsoft 365
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP environments (Infor or VitalEdge) preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring, configuring and maintaining LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, VLAN and firewall systems
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and performance issues
• Help maintain switches, routers, access points, and related equipment
• Support network security initiatives, patching, and vulnerability remediation
• Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions
• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support to end users
• Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Network Administrator to support the daily operations, maintenance, and security of our network infrastructure. This role works closely with senior IT staff to ensure reliable connectivity across on-premises and cloud environments while supporting business applications, including ERP systems such as Infor or VitalEdge.
