Dort Financial Credit Union in Michigan seeks a dedicated team member to collect delinquent loans and minimize losses by contacting members, negotiating payments, and pursuing recovery with accountability and compassion.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and experience in consumer loan collections, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available.
