Job summary

This Direct Hire position requires a high school diploma and preferred 1 year of residential maintenance experience. Responsibilities include basic maintenance tasks, repairs, and timely logging of work orders. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required to travel between properties, with strong communication

Qualifications

• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing locks and working with vendors.
• Completes all repairs and work orders as necessary in residential homes.
• Proficiency in electrical and plumbing repairs and troubleshooting.
• Completes and logs all assigned work orders in a timely fashion.
• Drives to individual residential homes to rectify all maintenance issues.
• Provides excellent service to residents.
