Job summary

InterSolutions is seeking motivated Apartment Maintenance Technicians in Glen Burnie, MD to address service requests and keep communities well-maintained. You'll perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs and prepare units for new residents.

Candidates should have basic maintenance knowledge; apartment maintenance experience preferred; HVAC certification is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and manage turnover.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, keep them clean and debris-free.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs.
• Repair lighting, fixtures, toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals, caulking; door/window repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents.
