Job Responsibilities:

• Handle unlimited inbound leads
• Train and study to become a licensed Loan Officer
• Collaborate with customers, customer service reps, loan officers, underwriting, and processing teams
• Manage applications, credit pulls, and learn our internal loan origination system (Encompass)
• Develop client retention and follow-up strategies
• Promote CrossCountry Mortgage as a preferred lender
• Utilize in-house systems effectively

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Basic lead management knowledge
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
