ELEVI seeks a software developer to support an application delivering data visualization through Microsoft Power BI dashboards. The role involves fulfilling new data ingest requests, providing data extraction support, assisting with vulnerability remediation, and troubleshooting customer issues.

The candidate will work within a team of engineers modernizing front end processing services, handling data for mission-critical tools and advancing analytics for national security systems.

Competenze

• Seven (7) or more years of software engineering experience in programs of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Must have an active security clearance with a poly.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline OR 4 years of additional relevant software engineering experience.
• Experience with data visualization and Microsoft Power BI is a plus.

In Order to Join the ELEVI Team you will need:

• You must have a current or active security clearance with a poly.
• Possess Seven (7) + years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required or 4 more years experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required OR 4 years of additional Software Engineer experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• ELEVI is seeking a software developer. The developer will support an application that provides data visualization through Microsoft Power BI dashboards. The successful candidate will fulfill new data ingest requests, provide data extraction support, assist with vulnerability remediation, and participate in troubleshooting customer issues.

  Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
  • Experience with relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server)
  • Experience with containers (i.e. Docker, Podman)
  • Experience with version control (Git)
  • Basic Linux command line and administration experience
  • Comfortable on a Windows environment
  • Customer focused

  Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Help desk support
  • Powershell
  • Job Orchestration (i.e. Airflow)
  • Microsoft Power BI experience
  • Data Science background
  • Familiarity with compliance certification process
  • Compiled languages (i.e. C#) experience

Some of the day-to-day activities :

• The individual will work with a team of dynamic and innovative engineers to develop new capabilities supporting the front end processing of data for a mission critical tool.
• The individual will also support the modernization of the front end processing services.
• Support the modernization of malware analysis and develop techniques for metadata storage for knowledge management to support the defense of national security systems.
• The engineer will be a part of a team who explores new technologies and prototypes new mission tools and analytics.
• The team also develops new algorithms and innovative techniques to address mission related problems.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $144,300
