Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a motivated Help Desk Jr. to join the IT Service Desk team in Utah. You will be the first point of contact for users, delivering excellent customer service and resolving hardware/software issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide front-line support by phone, chat, and in person, diagnose incidents, and communicate professionally while escalating issues when needed. This role includes shift flexibility and potential for extension or extension to permanent

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; IT certifications are a plus.
• 1–2 years of related experience in IT or technical support preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
• Willing to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
