Join our dynamic team as a Jr. IT Analyst where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative and diverse professionals. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about IT infrastructure and eager to make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support, and triage site infrastructure including workstations, laptops, tablets, and HP printers.
• Provide standard and local software support for Windows OS, Office suites, Linux, and Lotus Notes DB.
• Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory in a complex AD environment.
• Interface with multiple support teams for client and business support.
• Maintain site dashboards for computers, printers, IT work tickets, and PC/server vulnerabilities.

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Five years of experience in Information Technology in a manufacturing, private, public, government, or military environment.
• Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs.
• US Citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology.
• Experience with Linux systems and digital transcription.
• Cisco VOIP support experience for phones.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and team collaboration skills.
• Minimum ten years of IT experience.
