Role Overview

The Data Specialist, Customer Onboarding provides software archive services for new customers during the initial onboarding process. Responsibilities include planning, execution, and status reporting for archiving Oracle EBS, Oracle DB, Siebel, Hyperion, JD Edwards, VMWare, and SAP products that customers have entitlement to download before their maintenance end dates with software vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or applicable years of experience.
• Preference for 4-year technical, information systems, or business-related college degrees.
• 2+ years of professional work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Smartsheet preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on the archiving of entitled customer software from vendor sites.
• Establish and document connectivity to customer systems according to Spinnaker Support standards.
• Assist archiving contractors during high-volume periods.
• Maintain updated procedures and training manuals.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
