Jr. Data Analyst Needed

Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Required Skills

• Strong data analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong Excel expertise for running reports, filtering, prioritizing, familiar with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

Job Description

• Derive analytics and report on progress to target
• Analyze workplan to identify completions, look for duplicates, explore potential opportunities within the workplan (bundling areas of appointments & opportunistic), and ensure compliance dates are met
• Perform analysis and reconciliation of internal record reviews to identify areas of improvement and future review schedules
• Perform other related tasks and assignments as required
• Field inquiries from field forces
• Once integrated, learn and operate client systems such as ArcFM, Asset Manager, Work Manager, Gas Central
