Job Title: Jr. Data Analyst

Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Required Skills:

• Strong data analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Advanced Excel skills, including report generation, filtering, prioritization, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs

Job Description:

• Derive analytics and report on progress toward targets
• Analyze work plans to identify completions, duplicates, and potential opportunities (bundling areas of appointments & opportunistic), ensuring compliance deadlines are met
• Perform analysis and reconciliation of internal record reviews to identify areas for improvement and establish future review schedules
• Perform other related tasks and assignments as required
• Field inquiries from field forces
• Once trained, learn and operate client systems such as ArcFM, Asset Manager, Work Manager, and Gas Central
