About the Position

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company seeking a Customer Success Manager to become an integral part of their team. Their platform empowers businesses to run successful marketing campaigns, and as a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in helping their customers achieve their goals. You will be responsible for supporting users throughout their journey, answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with the software.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding to their questions and concerns via Slack, email, and phone calls.
  2. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  3. Understand customer needs and help them get the most out of our platform.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities to educate customers and enhance their experience.
Who You Are:
  1. Have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support roles within a SaaS company.
  2. Have previous experience working with U.S. or Canadian companies, understanding the expectations and service standards of these markets.
  3. A “people person” who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.
  4. A team player who is collaborative, supportive, and always willing to learn.
  5. Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.
  6. Comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and systems.
