Process Street, an AI-enabled software and compliance operations platform, seeks a customer-focused professional to build trusted relationships, guide onboarding, and drive value through analytics and feedback in a distributed, remote-first environment.

You will partner with customers to understand goals, run QBRs, highlight features, and help expand usage across teams, contributing to a data-driven product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with customers or clients.
• Background in startup, entrepreneurial, or build-it-yourself environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and be driven by outcomes.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking skills.
• Proficiency in using AI and automation tools to increase productivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
