Job description

Primary Requirements & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the activities listed below:

1. Setting up CNC mill, CNC lathe, and CNC grinder in ISP and machine shop.
2. Setting up includes fixtures changeover, loading/unloading manual or hydraulic fixtures or jobs, connecting hydraulic powerpack with proper fittings and hoses, pulling the correct program, taking the right coordinates, and giving correct offsets to ensure quality production.
3. Identifying proper tooling required for each job and performing tool changeover as needed to ensure quality.
4. Completing FOA/SOA, filling out route tags, route cards, or other documents for system maintenance at ISP and machine shop.
5. Setting up autoream, autocoin, manual drill press, manual tapping, and auto tapping machines for production.
6. Setting up manual mill, drill, or tapping machines, and making modifications or changes for engineering or production trials.
7. Running production on robo buffing cell, maintaining inventory of consumables.
8. Setting up rework coining and salvaging for HRA levers.
9. Setting up and running production on Hydromat, troubleshooting, and starting regular production, including tool and job changeovers.
10. Identifying tool changeover points to ensure quality and monitoring production targets on CNC machines.
11. Monitoring tool life on CNC machines and reporting issues to the supervisor.
12. Modifying fixtures or gauges as per production or engineering requirements using mill or grinder.
13. Operating ultrasonic oiling and cleaning machines and REM barreling machines.
14. Measuring parts with different instruments as per WI and ensuring quality as per WI.

Additional Duties:
