Location: Remote – Based in the United States, with occasional travel as required

About the Role

This role is part of the sales team and focuses on lead nurturing, event coordination, and account engagement. You will manage inbound leads, support sales operations, represent iceDQ at industry events, and help maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and forums. It's a dynamic role that bridges early-stage sales activities with ongoing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Nurturing
  • Respond to Leads: Build, nurture, and manage inbound leads; ensure timely follow-ups and relationship cultivation (email, LinkedIn, follow-up calls).
  • Sales Ops: Liaise between prospects, sales engineers, and account managers for seamless handoffs.
  • CRM Update: Maintain and update CRM records; generate reports to track engagement, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Conference Management
  • Pre-event Planning: Identify attendees, schedule strategic meetings, and coordinate outreach. Curate and coordinate co-sponsored events.
  • Attend Events: Represent iceDQ at industry conferences and events, manage booth setup, engage visitors, and capture leads. Attract the right audience and encourage client-prospect interactions to foster peer learning and trust.
  • Post-event: Follow up to maintain momentum and improve conversion rates.
  • Account Nurturing
  • Client Communication: Distribute relevant content through email, newsletters, and LinkedIn to nurture relationships.
  • Meeting Coordination: Set up meetings for account managers and conduct periodic check-ins with customers.
  • Community Engagement: Set up regular customer forums.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, SDR, account executive roles, Sales Ops or event strategy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proven experience managing schedules, follow-ups, and client communications professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email campaigns, and calendar scheduling.
  • A proactive, customer-centric attitude and ability to work across teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and conferences.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, data platforms, or B2B tech environments is a plus.
