Avanti Senior Living at Lafayette is seeking a licensed registered nurse to oversee nursing care for residents and support daily operations within state regulations. The role focuses on medication administration, care planning, and resident assessment, while collaborating with families and physicians.

The ideal candidate is proficient in English, comfortable with EMAR/EHR systems, and committed to excellent customer service and teamwork with the Exhale team and wellness staff in a senior living

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; current state nursing license; evidence of training in CPR.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Competency with computers.
• Demonstration of ability to establish long-term relationships.
• Interest in working with the older adult population.
• Must exhibit and promote a high level of customer service, hospitality, curiosity and friendliness toward residents, families and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with Wellness Director, Family, and Physician on changes in Resident status.
• Assist with scheduling physician appointments as needed.
• Assist and administer medications to residents per prescriptions.
• Take vitals as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Provide general nursing oversight and care within state regulations.
• Complete risk management events in EMAR.
• Monitor Medication Management for safety and accuracy.
