Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate changes in resident status with Wellness Director, families, and physicians.
• Assist with scheduling physician appointments as needed.
• Administer medications per prescriptions and take vital signs.
• Ensure timely entry of orders and medications in EMAR/EHR systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information and comply with state regulations.
• Provide nursing oversight and support to residents within licensure rules.
• Assist in care planning processes and training for team members.
• Attend required meetings and report safety concerns to supervisors.
