Aviva Senior Living in Indiana (Valparaiso) is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide direct patient care under supervision, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with assessments and care plans for our residents.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license valid in Indiana.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN.

Responsibilities
