Job summary

Rainbow Dome, LLC is seeking full-time Customer Service Associates to support daily operations of our roller skating rink and arts venue in Denver, CO. The role emphasizes inclusive, anti-racist and gender-affirming hospitality while handling admissions, concessions, skate rental, and guest inquiries.

Evening and weekend availability is required. Successful CSAs will help maintain a welcoming environment and participate in sociocratic governance within Rainbow Dome.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and a passion for inclusive spaces.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Commitment to anti-racist and gender-affirming hospitality practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check in, sign waivers, sell tickets and memberships.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and safely.
• Promote and sell Rainbow Dome merchandise; assist with concessions and skate rental operations.
• Answer questions about hours, events, pricing, and accessibility; resolve guest concerns calmly.
• Support and sometimes lead setup, guest flow, and day-of event logistics.
