Job summary

Children Making Strides seeks Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. You will provide ABA therapy services, create engaging learning experiences, and draft reports to communicate progress to senior health professionals.

We offer paid training, ongoing development, and a sign-on bonus of $500 after 90 days of employment. Candidates should be positive, empathetic, and dedicated to helping children shine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field is preferred, or related ABA experience with young children.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle, and active car insurance.
• Positive, patient, and creative with empathy and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at homes or clinic and prepare progress reports for senior health professionals.
• Help children build communication and socialization skills.
• Collaborate with team to achieve best outcomes.
