Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Journey-Level Welder to join our precision fabrication team in a demanding shop environment. You will weld structural components and piping using MIG, TIG, FCAW and SMAW, read complex blueprints, and uphold tight quality standards.

Expect a full-time schedule from 6:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Candidates should bring 10+ years of welding experience, a completed apprenticeship or welding program, and a strong

Qualifications

Apprenticeship or welding program completed; journeyman status preferred.
10+ years of hands-on welding experience at journey level.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols and fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

Perform structural, pipe, and fabrication welding using MIG, TIG, FCAW and SMAW.
Follow engineer-issued blueprints and specifications for precise welds.
Layout, fit-up, and tack welds on pipe, tube, and structural materials.
Set up and operate welding machines, fixtures, and tools.
Conduct visual weld inspections and identify defects before shipment.
Maintain a clean, safe shop environment per OSHA and 5S standards.
Mentor less experienced welders and work as part of a cohesive team.
