Re:Build Manufacturing in Rochester, NY is seeking a journey-level pipefitter with a strong apprenticeship and 10+ years of hands-on experience to join our world-class team.

You will cut, fit, and install pipe systems for custom industrial machines, read blueprints, weld with MIG/TIG/FCAW, travel to local sites, and uphold safety standards while collaborating with engineers and project teams.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship program or 10-15+ years of pipefitting experience.
• Experience reading engineer-issued blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Welding techniques: MIG, TIG, FCAW; 6G certification advantageous.
• Strong blueprint reading and trade math skills; OSHA certifications preferred.
• CDL Class A preferred; ability to travel and work full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Cut, fit, and install pipe systems for custom industrial machines and process skids.
• Join pipes by threading, soldering, brazing, MIG, TIG, and FCAW welding.
• Read engineer blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Travel to local Rochester-area sites; potential overtime and per diem for out-of-region projects.
• Operate material handling equipment to move pipes and machinery.
• Inspect pipe systems to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, programmers, planners, project managers, and customers.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in toolbox talks.
