Qualifications

• Journeyman level experience in exterior building repair and related masonry trades.
• Experience with brick and stone work, mortar mixing, and historic repairs preferred.
• Knowledge of caulking, lintel work, and surface prep per manufacturer specs.
• Familiarity with safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned projects throughout the territory.
• Maintain own hand tools and operate power tools.
• Follow safety policies and perform high-quality masonry work.
• Erect and rig scaffolding and staging as needed.
• Ensure work meets production rates and quality standards.
