The role involves performing skilled masonry work, traveling to projects, and maintaining tools and safety standards. The position requires journeyman-level masonry experience, ability to work at heights, and proficiency with mortar, tuckpointing, stone and brick work, Caulking and patching, and surface prep.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level experience in exterior masonry repair and restoration.
• Experience with historic building mortar and tuckpointing.
• Ability to work at height on scaffolds and lifts.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned projects across territories.
• Maintain supply of hand tools for the trade.
• Operate power tools such as grinders and impact hammers.
• Follow MCR and OSHA safety policies and applicable laws.
• Achieve production rates and quality standards.
• Work high above ground on scaffolding, lifts, or rooftops.
• Rig and erect scaffolding and staging as needed.
• Accurately measure with tape to inch fractions.
• Handle acids, detergents and chemicals safely.
