Qualifications

• Journeyman level experience in masonry restoration and repair.
• Experience with historic building repairs preferred.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Travels to projects within the territory.
• Maintains own hand tools for the trade.
• Operates power tools such as grinders and hammers.
• Follows MCR safety policies and applicable laws.
• Meets production rates and quality standards for masonry work.
• Works from scaffolding, lifts, and rooftops at height.
• Erects and rigs scaffolding and staging equipment.
• Uses measuring tape to precise fractions of an inch.
• Handles acids, detergents, and related chemicals safely.
