Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Journeyman Technician for Napleton's Ellwood City CDJR. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles to factory standards while building trust with customers through accurate service and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman Technician.
• Self-starter and process-driven.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals including customers.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training sessions.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
