Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Weld or tack weld pieces using spot, electric, or gas welding equipment.
• Unite pipes from torch to tanks and adjust valves as needed.
• Preheat parts and prepare welds with torch for welding or bending.
• Inspect pieces with straightedge or template to ensure specs.
• Operate hoist or crane for moving large pieces and assist with lifting.
• Cut scrap metal using flame-cutting or plasma-arc equipment.
