Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with apprenticeship in a relevant trade.
• Journeyman level maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and operate a work management system.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, or replaces plumbing components such as valves and piping.
• Maintains and repairs electrical fixtures, switches, and lighting.
• Repairs doors, locks, and carpentry items; builds shelves and partitions.
• Maintains kitchen equipment, roofs, bleachers, and athletic equipment.
• Maintains sidewalks, fences, masonry, and landscaping.
