• Inspect and repair fire sprinkler and mechanical systems per safety codes.
• Maintain clean, safe mechanical rooms and address leaks promptly.
• Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, and carpentry teams on complex issues.
• Provide responsive maintenance and emergency support as needed.
