Job summary

M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking a Journeyman Plumber in Colorado to diagnose issues, educate homeowners, and offer Good/Better/Best options that fit home and budget. Build long-term customer relationships while maximizing earnings through uncapped commissions in a field environment.

You will diagnose residential systems, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and complete estimates and service documentation using mobile tools, with a focus on safety, quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Ability to educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best options.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Identify additional service opportunities with a customer-first approach.
• Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes.
• Journeyman license is a plus.
• Comfort with tablets and mobile software for estimates and documentation.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Educate homeowners on system condition and outcomes.
• Present Good/Better/Best repair options.
• Identify system improvements, upgrades, and maintenance opportunities.
• Complete estimates, invoices, and service docs using mobile tools.
• Maintain vehicle, appearance, and professional standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and earnings.
